Hey there.. Haven't been here for quite sometime.. as always.. heehee.. Oh well, now I got the chance to blog again.. Now that Win is in Moscow for a 3-week business trip.. So sad he won't be here (Again) on my b-day.. :(

Oh well.. anyways.. updates...

I've been busy these past few months.. adjusting.. fitting in and working on my new project.. I'm happy with where I an right now.. For the work that I'm doing.. for the opportunities that were given to me.. I truly am grateful. As much as I miss the group of friends that I've left.. My new team filled up the gap.. And with all the side projects and initiatives that I've involved myself in.. I never found myself idle.. Win was there with me and we take each new day's challenge one at a time.. As of now, both of us are focusing on the team and aour careers.. and that's a good thing..

There have been additions in my "First" list... Starting last May, I have started interviewing people.. and I liked it! It always reminds me of the time I myself got interviewed.. It's a new challenging task, an opportunity to grow and develop and most of all, a huge responsiibility to take on.. But I'm loving it and I'm ready for it...

Not too long ago.. I also received a new role as the Team Lead of the EMEA team for Core Manufacturing.. I caught myself offguard. Honestly, I didn't see that coming.. but then again, I discovered something in me that I never thought I had or I never thougt I could do.. That talk with Bryan made me realize somethings and somehow made me reflect on myself.. On what I could do and where i want to go...

I'm learning.. I'm growing.. and I'm loving them both... :)
